As far back as I can remember, I was a dreamer; at school, in church, at the dinner table or just about anywhere. I found solace in the stories and magic of Walt Disney. He came into our living room every Sunday night on the Wonderful World of Disney and shared incredible stories about the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World. I was captivated by enchanting tales of Disney characters and the promise of a world where dreams came true. Through the years my love for Disney grew and I held on to the hope that one day I would experience the magic for myself.
Fast forward to over a decade later, I had become a wife and mom to 3 great kids. Our 1st visit to Walt Disney World was a momentous occasion, filled with awe and wonder and pure joy. Walking down Main Street, USA, taking in all the sights, the sounds, the people and of course, Cinderella’s castle, was a dream come true. It was such a blessing to be able to share it with my husband and kids. This experience sparked a unwavering love for Walt Disney World.
From that moment on, my love (obsession) grew. I immersed myself in planning, researching, studying park maps, and meticulously planned future trips. We have had unbelievable experiences that we have been fortunate enough to share with the ones we love the most. The magic of Disney World had become a beacon of joy in my life.
Walt Disney World has become more than just a destination – it has become a symbol of hope, inspiration, and pure joy for this Disney fan who, from humble beginnings, found her place in the magic of Disney World.
